According to Wikipedia, feminism is a range of political movements, ideologies, and social movements that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve political, economic, personal, and social rights for women.
In our country, femism is not common compared with other countries.
We believe women and men should be more equal.
We only know few things about it, so we'd like to learn together with you!

Hello! We're sorry to change the order of posting. We're going to talk about our current thinking about feminism before starting a research. To be honest, we haven't known about feminism anything since we started this blog. We couldn't explain even the concept of the "feminism" clearly.  We assume feminism is not so familiar to many people in Japan. When we did a small discussion in our class, many of our classmates answered they didn't know a lot as well. However, it's time to know and think about feminism because we think it is closely related to human rights in a broad sense. In other words, in order to establish women's right, we have to respect not only women but also men. However, we have one question. Is it really good for us to make everything equal between men and women in every kind of situation? What exactly does it mean to establish women's right? Hello😆Here are the answers Q22~25 of my research questions! 23. Are there any feminism event coming up in Japan? Sorry I could not find it. 24. Are there any country that teaches about the feminism in school. In America, most schools teach about feminism in high schools. There are some blogs written by the feminist teachers if you search on the website. 25. Does Japan teach about the feminism in school. There are some university departments that teach about feminism. However, there are no schools where teach about feminism as compulsory subject. There are more gender gaps in Japan compared to other developed countries. 26. Is there any discrimination on men?
